P. Mencía (Red Wine)

P is for our Primary wine. The best example of the potential of the Queen of the Ribeira Sacra, the Mencía grape, fresh, fragrant and elegant, painstakingly tended to by the growers. The expression of an Atlantic climate and predominantly stony soil.

  • D. O. Ribeira Sacra.
  • Atlantic climate with continental influence.
  • 100% Mencía grape.
  • Destemmed and crushed grapes, fermentation for 10 days with gentle pumping, followed by a maceration of 8 days.
  • Aged in a steel vat for 6 months.

13% alc. vol. | We recommend decanting the wine before serving at around 15ºC.

 

A. Albariño (White Wine)

A is for Albariño and Adaptation, to the land and the microclimate of a special plot, O Condiño, which makes even the familiar seem surprising.

  • Atlantic climate with continental influence.
  • 100% Albariño grape.
  • Pre-fermentation cold maceration, pressing and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks and a small proportion in oak barrels.
  • Aged in a steel vat over its lees for 5 months.

12,5% alc. vol. | We recommend serving the wine at around 10ºC.

 

G. Godello (White Wine)

G is for Godello and Genuine, the most modern and traditional of our wines, the best example of the white wines of Ribeira Sacra. The result of the elegant and harmonious Godello grape.

  • D. O. Ribeira Sacra.
  • Atlantic climate with continental influence.
  • 100% Godello grape.
  • Pressing and subsequent fermentation, followed by aging on lees for 5 months in steel tanks. A small proportion is fermented in French oak barrels.
