Little Creatures
Little Creatures is an independent brewery, producing hand crafted beer of the highest quality from the finest ingredients while maintaining a unique style and culture.
The name arises from the live yeast that is present in the bottles of Little Creatures Pale Ale. This yeast is affectionately known as the “Little Creatures”.
The brewery is located on Fishing Boat Harbour in Fremantle, a port of eccelectic cultural style and character.
Pale Ale
The beer that inspired this crazy journey, ours is a hop driven, full bodied and refreshing Pale Ale bursting with flavour and aroma.
Style: Classic American Pale Ale
Malt: Pale malt, Munich, Caramalt & Wheat Malt.
Hops: EKG (UK) kettle bittering, Cascade (USA/Aus/NZ) & one other hop variety (based on seasonal variations) in the whirlpool & Cascade (USA/Aus), Chinook (USA) & one other hop variety in the hopback.
ABV- 5.2%
IPA
Aroma of passion fruit, grapefruit and a touch of aniseed spic.
Style: IPA (India Pale Ale)
Malt: Pale, Munich & Red Back
Hops: Crystal, El Dorado, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe lupulin, Amarillo and Mosaic lupulin
ABV- 6.4%
Rogers’
Velvet smooth, Roger’s Beer weaves together the best whole hop flowers and toasted malts into a silky mid strength ale like no other.
Style: Amber Ale
Malt: Pale Malt, Wheat, Carapils, Vienna.
Hops: EKG (UK) kettle bittering, Cascade (USA/Aus/NZ) in the whirlpool with Stella (Aus) and Cascade (USA/Aus), whole hop cones used in the hopback.
ABV- 3.8%
Dog Days
With bright, peachy, juicy-fruit hop flavours, this is the choice for when you want a refreshing and hoppy beer in a convenient, light weight formular you can take anywhere.
Style: Summer Beer
Malt: Pale Malt, Carahell, Malted Wheat, CaraRye and Rolled Oats.
Hops: Cascade (USA), Summit (USA) and Mosaic (USA).
ABV- 4.4%
Pip Squeak Cider
When you’re not feeling like a beer but still want something crisp and refreshing.
Style: Apple Cider
Taste: Juicy apple and Bubblegum notes
ABV- 5.2%
