Description

The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures and matured for five months on the fine lees, resulting in a bouquet of flowers and grapefruit, a fresh and soft texture, and a long-lasting finish. It pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, and poultry dishes and is best served at 7-10°C.
