Best of Europe Lucky Draw 2023 – Win a Trip for 2 to Europe!

Terms and Conditions

Best of Europe promotion is organized by Pacific Beverages Pte Ltd.

Participant is required to submit their entry via the given QR code or online form at here with the Participant’s full name (as per NRIC), date of birth, mobile number, email address, name of retailer/participating outlets, value of participating products purchased, copy of the purchased receipt (“Proof of purchase”) and the unique/invoice/transaction number.

Any incomplete or invalid entries (e.g missing name, missing date of birth, missing receipt) will be disqualified automatically, and the Organizer is not responsible for informing the Participant of an invalid entry.

All online form entries must be submitted on or before 23:59hrs by the last day of the submission date.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion terms and conditions.

This Lucky Draw is open to all aged 18 years or over who are residents and permanent residents in Singapore. All Participants are subject to the criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein, terms and policies determined by the e-commerce platforms and the relevant laws of Republic of Singapore.

Employees of the Organizer, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2023.

Participation Criteria

Supermarket

1. i)  Participants shall be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance with any $10 spent in a single receipt from any participating supermarkets listed. Repeat purchase with the above requirements entitles you to another lucky draw chance. Receipt/Screenshot will be verified for the chances at our end.
2. ii)  Participating retailers include: Fairprice (Finest), Cold Storage (CS Fresh), Giant, Sheng Siong, Cheers, 7-11.

Repeat purchase within a single receipt with the above requirements entitles you to another lucky draw chance. (Example $30 = 3 chances)

Don’t worry, Receipt will be verified for the chances at our end.

Ecommerce Platforms

1. i)  Participants shall be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance with every $10 spent in a single receipt from any participating ecommerce platform listed in Red Mart (Pacific Beverages), Food Panda (Pacific Beverages).
2. ii)  Participating Ecommerce platform includes: Red Mart (Pacific Beverages), Food Panda (Pacific Beverages).

Repeat purchase within a receipt with the above requirements entitles you to another lucky draw chance. (Example $30 = 3 chances)

Café, Restaurant. Pubs and Bars Outlets

1. i)  Participants shall be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance with every $20 spent in a single receipt from any participating outlets with European labelled beers distributed by Pacific Beverages.

Repeat purchase within a single receipt with the above requirements entitles you to another lucky draw chance. (Example $60 = 3 chances)

Don’t worry, Receipt/Screenshot with unique number will be verified for the chances at our end.

Winner & Lucky Draw

1 winner will be selected to win ONE (1) x Pair of Air Tickets to Europe.

• Each Participant is entitled to one (1) prize only.
• Tickets validity period shall be from 1st February 2024 – 31st January 2025. (Open dated 12 months)
• Employees of Pacific Beverages Pte Ltd staff & participating outlet’s staff and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents and siblings) are not eligible to participate in the Best of Europe 2023 Lucky Draw.
• Winners will be announced on second week of January 2024, Pacbev’s social media page Facebook & Instagram. Lucky Draw will be conducted digitally at Pacific Beverages Pte Ltd.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any winning prize with a prize of similar value, with or without notice.
• The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items.

Prize Redemption and Period

• i)   The Organizer will notify the Winners via phone call to verify name as per NRIC as well as mobile number.
• ii) Winners will be required to reply us in the email with your mailing address, for us to courier the prize over.
• iii) The Organizer shall reserve the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time.
• iv) The Organizer reserves the right to reject any winner who is unable to produce the correct details as above.
• v) If we are unable to reach the winner/s on or before 31^st January 2024, 2359 hours,  prize/s will be forfeited.

Privacy Policy

1. By participating, Participant explicitly consents that the Organizer shall store the necessary personal data of the Participants. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organizer as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation from this Promotion. The Organizer will use its best endeavors to keep all personal data stored for this Promotion strictly confidential.
2. By submitting your entry for the Promotion, you agree that we may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this entry form, for the purposes of administering the lucky draw in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Additional Terms

1. By participating, Participants agree to the Terms and Conditions applied, including their name and likeness, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organizer.
2. The Organizer is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend and/or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretions without prior notice.

1. All decisions made by the Organizer under these terms and conditions shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall prevail.
2. A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
